I don't think it would be a problem. Since it doesn't come with a shirt, I know the chest piece and the cape would fit you and the cape is definitely long enough. The pants are really long on me, and I'm 6'. They have a pretty good sized waist too. Maybe 38? Are you handy at sewing or a wife who is? I'd love someone to have this. Let me know if you want some measurments on it.
