Hi folks, my name is Eric, been looking around here for a while, and figured it was time to introduce. I LOVE this site, and the effects you all do are incredible. I tend to take a more simplistic approach to my haunts (cause I can't afford the big stuff!!!) Just tonight I revived an old favorite, the "evil clown" Most of my effects use a small fogger, strobe light and some other small props, but what I did differently this year was, I hooked up a video cam to our TV, placed it outside, and when the time was right, I would "dissappear" from sight, only to show up on the TV, then pop out again. With the right layout, it worked out great! Every year I add something, all from this forum. Would'nt mind making a laser vortex sometime, but it will be in mind. Thanks for all the tutorials and info you all have provided, it has made my Hallowen that much more. Talk to you all soon,
