Welcome to the forum. You might want to post in the "Wanted" section of the forum, not everyone reads the new member section very often.

There are a couple of ways of going about this circulating the forum.
One version is to use lighted Jack-O-Lanterns and use sequencing software such as Vixen to time the flashing of the pumpkins with the audio track.
The other way is full animation. In this way you would use a video projector to project the image of a pumpkin's face on to a real pumpkin or backdrop, or what have you. Usually this will require specialized software to create the mouth and facial movements of the pumpkins. Then a video file is created which you can project onto the pumpkins
Here are examples of that:
Grim Grinning Pumpkins, how to
As of now it seems as if you can get the video file for "Grim Grinning Ghosts (Pumpkins)" from the person who created it...sometimes free, sometimes for a fee.
The downside of going the "canned" method is that you are restricted to a the few song selections that was made by the creator.
IF you have one of those expensive "Photoshop" or video editing programs and know how to use it, then you certainly can do it on your own. The trouble though is that if you are asking, more then likely you either don't have one of these programs or have it and don't know how to use it. There is a time issue involved in going this route too.
The Vixen method will also take time as you need to program the songs in to it. (Unless of course someone else has a Vixen file that they are willing to give you).
I am going to attempt singing pumpkins myself this year using the Vixen method. It DOES take a long time to program the songs though. A short 1 minute song such as "Grim Grinning Ghosts" took me about 4 evenings at about 3 hours a pop. So keep that in mind.
Another caveat to the Vixen method is that you have to have a computer to AC light interface of some sort. Many times this is something you have to build and need electronics knowledge for.
I would say your best bet, IF you have a video projector, is to go the Steve Wesson route and the three animated pumpkins. However, as far as I know he only has the one Grim Grinning Ghosts song.
It really boils down to what you have already and how far your electronics knowledge level is.
For me it was a no brainer to go the Vixen route becaus I already have the interface from last years Christmas project.
Well, whatever you choose, have fun!
I did a Magic Mirror last year of which I am going to reprise for this year.
