Hello,
I've been lurking around the site for a while when a friend encouraged me to check it out. I love everything related to fall and Halloween. But, I gotta say I am very very amateur-ish when it comes to Halloween. I used to like to set up a small scale display in the driveway and porch when I was a teenager, mostly just some electricity orbs, fake hands and arms, tons of pumpkins, cobwebs and spiders, candles, costumes and friends hiding in piles of leaves ready to scare anyone who got close. But now I live in an area where there's no kids. I've made a couple small scale props but nothing of any worth. I look forward to learning from all the Halloween masters on here and hopefully be able to set up a nice display someday
Justin

Welcome to the forum Justin. No such thing as "amateurish" really. The fact that you do anything is great! Lots of good ideas here so feel free to pick some brains. I have no doubt your display will grow by leaps and bounds in the coming years, as most of ours have!

Trust me, nothing could look worse than my first couple of years.

We've got all levels on here, and you'll fit right in. All that is required is a love for Halloween!
