Hi Everyone
My husband and myself are DIYers. For the last few years we have been remodeling our home which is almost 80 years old and haunted. We are nearing the end of our joint projects (for now). My husband is starting a classic caddy restore and a Baja modification on his bug while I am turning my attention to our relatively lackluster annual Halloween party.
My husband works for a lighting rental house so we have been fortunate because all of the lights/hazers/fog machines etc. distract from the other areas of our parties that need improvement.
I have a rapidly growing collection of props. However I am a modifier/ destroyer of things and I want to be a creator instead. I stumbled upon this site looking for a discontinued prop for our mad scientist lab. However I have been amazed by the talent, and creativity of the people who post.
I am looking forward to being apart of this community, and I am going to try to convince my husband to post about some of the secrets of his trade.
