Thread: Throwing my 1st Halloween Party!

Hi everyone,

My name is Lauren, I live about 20 minutes outside of Boston. I am throwing my first Halloween/Costume party this year with a few other friends, and we expect to have approx. 75-150 guests (ages 20-70yrs!)

I've been reading around on other threads and getting some great ideas! Just wanted to introduce myself to the community.

Actually if anyone has any suggestions on how to word an invite, that would be very helpful! We are charging an admission, which includes open bar, food, costume prizes, DJ.. having trouble being creative with it?

Don't forget to post your party food, ideas and plans for decorations in the party section. We all love to get and give ideas! I make my own invites and use the theme and then usually write a poem for it.
But I'm goofy like that!

Welcome to the forum Creep. Here's a suggestion for your invites.....Having a party, bring money. Short and to the point. I'm not very creative either.
