    Hi, I'm Nicole from Ontario. I'm a University student who is throwing a Halloween Birthday party for my boyfriend so I decided I would join and see what cool ideas I can borrow *coughstealcough*. I threw one last year and it went really well but was really expensive so I'm hoping to throw a great party without going broke this time around.
