Default Hello from another newb

Greetings!

I'm a 35 year old male currently residing in the toxic waste dump known as New Jersey. My house is a converted general store from the 50's and I display my Halloween stuff year-round.

You don't know it, but you've already helped me out. This week, I spent $500 on various props from a going-out-of-business haunted house attraction. Among them was Donna The Dead. I couldn't get her to rise, but found a post here explaining a quirk on this particular prop. Worked like a charm.

Anyway, very happy to have found this place and I'll be sticking around.

P.S. - I realize the username is a handful to type. Most people call me "Sac"

Welcome Newb! Just kidding. Welcome Sac. This place rocks and like you and many others, I lurked behind the scenes before actually joining. I'm not sure why we all do that, but I did it too. I'm glad someone here could help you.

By the way, if you like Gemmy props like Donna, check out the thread in "props" about their new Amazon store.

Welcome to the place we call home. Most come for a bit and stay FOREVER.
Kinda sounds like death but a lot more fun and entertaining!

Tons to read and learn around here !

Thanks for the welcome!

I could post a zillion pics of the house, but I'll keep it at 10 for now. Some of these were from Christmas, as might be obvious...
