hi, i'm hollie. i'm new here. i found this site while looking for game ideas for a party and i'm so excited to find y'all.

i've always been the weirdo at halloween that goes all out and no one really understands. it's awsome to find a bunch more like me.

i haven't had a yard to decorate for years...but i have one now so i'll need to rebuild my collection of props. i've been looking around the site and got some great ideas for building some (i'm a d.i.y. kind of girl). we're gonna try something simple for this year...turning a mummy costume i made into a mummy dummy for the yard. then next year it's gonna be good...with a whole year to build. luckily i'm engaged to a man who loves halloween as much as me and loves building things like me.

What kind of stuff are you building for next year?

we're thinkin we should have our own party and decorate each room differently so we'll have to come up with ideas. we don't have any definite plans on what we'll make though...not yet anyway.

i also want to work on making yard dummies out of all of these costumes that i have made but will not be worn again.

my fiance and i like to work together on mechanical things so i can bet we'll dive into doing some animated type stuff.

i would just rather make this kind of stuff than buy it.

I have done the seperate room as it's own theme thing...if you can come up with what you can do in a short period of time, or...start planning for next year now!
