Greetings All~
I've been lurking faithfully for three days now, and I'm delighted to have found a group of people who share the same passion for Halloween that I do. The deciding factor for me to sign up was when I read that merchandise was in the Michael's stores, and so yesterday I went to see for myself. One hundred dollars later, I thought, "I NEED these people!!! Thanks for the heads up!

I'm a 39 year old domestic engineer (lol!) with two children. As far as I'm concerned, the holiday has nothing to do with the kids! They know mommy is loopy. But yesterday at Michaels, it warmed my heart to see them so excited for me and I let them each pick out a tombstone.

It will take me some time to figure out the workings of the Forum and how to post and navigate around. Bear with me please. Oh, and I love the section on shared links, especially the monster lists - what a treasure trove of info and inspiration!

Looking forward to getting to know you, and thanks to whomever for such a wonderful gathering place.

Welcome! Nothing like a shopping trip to Michaels to buy tombstones. It definitely makes my eyes well up with joy...lol. You'll love it here. You know you're an addict when you're surfing the net in the dead of summer for Halloween sites! That's how I found it!

Welcome Persophone.An engineer should be good at building props! Halloweeen has everything to do with kids because none of us here have grown up yet.Except Rod,maybe.Let us know if you need any help.We're all glad to lend a hand,or leg,bowels,intestines whatever you need.Watch out for Putrid(he stinks),and if you want your props to be a secret don't tell blackwidow(she peeks).
