Welcome KNightWalker to the best Halloween forum on the net. That must of been one great party. Anyone who's willing to throw leaves on the floor for a prop has my vote. LOL Really liked your lime green skull faced dude. Totally cool.

It was a fun party. Last Year I needed to "walk" the guest through a tour of the back yard so I could ensure that everybody got the same surprises. I was able to point them to one display and control when the looked down to the rats with a statement like..."mind the rats" at that moment, I reached for the remote and set off the rampaging rat sitting at their feet. They looked down to see several small rats and one large rat in a small trash can. I think that one got as many jumpes as the Trash Can Trauma. This year I want to have everyone coming in through the back gate, settin up a small walk through from the back gate into the garage. Of course I will need more ECT's and a lot of advice. I will post my 2004 pictures as I build them. I was in such hurry last year (only weeks to put it all together) that I didn't take pictures of the process.

Welcome Knightwalker! I'm new here, too. I checked out your party pix and really liked your wig-head-ghost-like-spectre-type-hangin' things.
It looks like you animated them with wiring. Spill your tricks, man! What do they do and what are they tied to? I'm going out on a limb this year and haunting my entire back yard. I need all the props I can get.

    Thanks,
    Tim

Thanks Tim. The ghost were Wig Heads and coat hangers. They werent' animated though. I had two in the backyard over the graveyard. I tied fishing line from one corner of the house to another and hung the ghost on the lines. I then lit the ghost with blacklights. I had a third ghost like these over my front door. He had a skull for a head and looked incredible. I don't think one TOT'er looked up and saw it. But he looked GOOD. I would do an FCG but I don't have any decent windows to display from and I don't think they would work right in the wind.
