I actually joined over a year ago, but, just lurked. I'm a regular over on ZP.

So, quick intro, my name is Suzy, I'm 36, married forever (or almost 13 years,) a writer, aunt, and internet addicted. I live in Colonial Beach, VA, which is being pounded by the very outer band of Hurricane Irene right now and we are waiting for the actual storm to get here.

I adore Halloween in an unholy manner, to the point that my family all think I am weird. Ok, maybe I really am weird, but, they don't have to rub it in. Last year I carved 31 pumpkins for my display but, that is about all I have been doing as we were in a shared house until this year, now, I can decorate, but have to work at it slowly due to money

I collect all things Yankee Candle, love vampires (always have, long before the Twilight ones hit the stage, witches, and pirates. Every year I dress up, even the year that we came home from our honeymoon on Halloween, and the year I was let out of the hospital at 3PM Halloween day. My favorite part of Halloween, next to pumpkin carving, is dressing up. I make all my own costumes as I'm a short, fat woman, and they don't seem to think short, fat women need costumes.

I have the "girly" skulls on many things I own, and always want more of them, as they are just so perfect for me, Halloween but, girly, and very often pink. In case you couldn't tell, I love the color pink (yes, that really is my hair and not photoshopped, although I am blonde right now due to my sister having pro pictures done of my family on 10/22.)
