    I'm new here, just wanted to introduce myself. I love Halloween but now I'm on a very tight budget and am always looking for ways to make awesome costumes/decorations without the big price. I've got crafting experience and advice, and enough ideas to give a librarian a headache, and I am willing to share ^.^ so if you can help me I can help you.
