Hi all!

I found this place thanks to Ramiel over on the Replica Props Forum.

I will update this intro tomorrow (it's 2:30 AM and I have to be at work by 8:30!), but I just wanted to say "Hi!" and that I'm glad to be here.

For starters, these were our decorations for this year (yeah, pretty much all OOTB, but considering we're the only house that decorates...)

hello warpig2010, welcome to the forum! love your home haunt, very cool. sad to say I am the only one in my neighborhood that decorates too. I LOVE that you put your cat in costume, mine would of had it ripped off in about 2 seconds and ran around like idiots freaking out,
the blow up air witch shoe with the cat is new to me, very nice, of course it has 2 of my favorite things, cats and witches! it is good to have you here to the forum, just just right on in, any questions just ask, every one here is great and will help out in any way!

As promised, a bit more info about me...

I have always loved Halloween. Even as a kid, if I wasn't dressed up to go T-O-T'ing, I'd be dressed to answer the door. As I grew into adulthood, I didn't grow out of costuming, but more interested!

It wasn't until we moved into our house until we started getting elaborate - no one on our block decorates, so if we want kids to show up, we need to advertise!

Some years back we did a "life size" animated dragon, using a mask from Spencer Gifts rigged with a neck and ducting so it could blow smoke (dry ice vapor). I sat in back of a curtain and controlled everything, including the sound track

I wish I had more time to devote to constructing stuff. Unfortunately, my job (and other interests and responsibilities) make me rely on "out of the box" things - for now!

In any case, I'm glad to be here, and hope to make some positive contributions.
