There's an outstanding book from Robert Arthur called Ghosts and More Ghosts. I read this many years ago and bought a copy off E-bay for a buck or two. It was marketed as a YA short story collection, which is misleading but will entertain adults, believe me. It's a mix of horror, fantasy, and magic realism, and simply one of the best collections I've read. For the price you won't go wrong, and the stories will stick with you.

I just got done reading "Black and Orange" BY: Benjamin Kane Ethridge, and" the Samhanach" by: Lisa Morton.
Also just finished " Ghosts of the Mcbride house" BY: Cecilia Back. I am currently reading " A Halloween reader" BY:Lesley Pratt Bannatyne, this is a very cool book with lots of old Halloween flavor. There are poems and plays and Halloween lore from 500 years ago, up through the turn of the century.

There are a number of titles out there well worth reading, but it often takes some digging to find them. I started a similar thread a while back which lists a number of books in my own collection. It may prove helpful. Check it out here: Books
Paul Melniczek's books are indeed a good read and highly recommended. As is Ray Bradbury. And, as stated before, Washington Irving's Sleepy Hollow is a classic. While you can be a great fan of the Horseman without reading the tale, reading the original seems to add so much more depth to it all.
All the works I've seen listed here are great! It's helped me add to my ever-growing library! Thanks to all!
