Okay, I haven't seen anyone post about this yet, but I may have totally missed it in another thread- What do we all think about Victoria being replaced??? And by the chick from "Lady in the Water"?? I can't believe they had Rachel Lefevre go to Comic Con to give good press for New Moon, and then sack her the next day! Ouch!

Hey Barb! From what I heard, she left them. She signed on to do another movie and is now in violation of her contract.

Personally don't care too much. Not a fan of Victoria, plus we know what happens in Eclipse. It's not that big of a role IMO.

Now anyone else...that's another story. I think if Taylor hadn't beefed up as much as he did, and they had recast him that would have been wrong because of what his character becomes, just as big as Edward and Bella.

Hey anyone out there got any new pics of Taylor Lautner half dressed, you know showing that ripped stomach and all???? Anyone????? Anyone at all???????????????????

Amen to that GDfreak!! I had this great vision of her in mind when I first read the book, and she seemed a lot smarter, albeit more clumsy, in the book. Now I can't remember how I originally pictured her, it's been so distorted through bad acting!

This one looks better than the last movie! I'm getting high hopes.

I just came across this thread ans didn't read through all 22 ages yet. But just had to say I did not like the first movie. I am going to give the second one a chance and hope it's better.

I absolutely LOVE the books! I am lucky enough to live about 3 hours drive from Forks so I made the trip a couple months ago to visit the official Twilight store and do the tourist thing.

I think the first movie could have been a lot better. I'm really surprised at the merchandising. Hallmark is doing an ornament next year and there's going to be Barbies by this year's end. I didn't think the movie had done that well. I loved the first book, thought the rest were..eh.

I guess it's okay for Bryce Howard to replace though I hate when movies in a series recast. Just one of my pet peeves. I think she picked the wrong movie though because I'm just thinking 'damn girl! Don't you know what happens to your character?' Just not the way I'd want to be on screen if my past movies haven't done so well.
