I have two very good friends named Stuart and Lance.
Stuart always likes to play the Ouija Board with me while
Lance always warns us of playing. We've gotten some brief
encounters with spirits through the board, and so far have
not had any bad luck. (However, one time we encountered a
spirit name Hugh who did not like Lance at all). Lance
was nervously watching us with the board, and the spirit
Hugh was very insulted that Lance wouldn't say anything
not even Hello! We asked Hugh if he wanted Lance to say or do anything, and the planchard spelled out: "D - I - E". Lance got up and quickly left the room. Stuart
and I laughed so hard, we lost concentration and never
heard from Hugh again...Too bad too he was very
interesting!
A little background on Lance...He is a Doctor of
Oriental Medicine. He performs acupuncture and does
hypnosis. Back in 1996, on a Saturday night, I observed
Lance put Stuart under hypnosis, and the strangest thing
happened. Stuart pointed at me with his eyes closed while
under and said that there was a purple light above my
shoulder! Lance and I could not see this, and we were
wondering how Stuart could see anything with his eyes
closed! Anyway, Stuart started to smile and said that it
was a flibbie. I asked him what that was and he said that
it's a spirit that didn't pass over yet. He said her name
was Bettie and that I was over her house on Thursday. I
got really freaked out because I was a funeral director then and
that previous Thursday, I did pick up a deceased named
Bettie! He said that Bettie saw how kind I was to her
family and how nicely I talked to them. This really was
scary, because Bettie's daughter didn't make it to the
house yet because she was stuck at work, and my partner
and I waited with the family as I talked with them and
counseled them for about an hour and a half! I never
discussed cases with details to my friends and I
especially didn't mention any names. (The "flibbie's"
name was not really Bettie in reality, I changed it out of
respect to her, her family, and to keep things more
confidential). Anyway, "Bettie" told Stuart (he was the
only one who could see or hear her) that she knew she
didn't belong at her house anymore. So, she followed me
because she saw how I comforted her family and she saw her
body upstairs and saw me and my partner carry her body
out. She said she is hoping someone would soon show her
where to go, but she felt comfortable around me. I asked
Stuart to ask Bettie what her daughter's name was and
Stuart responded with the correct name! Now I positively
knew it couldn't have been an elaborate prank! Stuart's
speech started to become slurred and he slowly awoke from
the trance. We turned the lights on and Stuart
apologized for falling asleep. We told him what happened
and he didn't remember a thing. He never even heard the
word "flibbie" before. (Neither have Lance nor I...We
even went on the internet and to the library and never
found that word.) Later on, Lance has hypnotized Stuart
again, but nothing unusual happened. We never heard from
Bettie or any other spirits through hypnotism again.
Sometimes when Stuart and I get together, we do have brief
encounters with the Ouija Board, but nothing as dramatic
as that late Saturday night in 1996. Wherever Bettie is
now, I hope she has found her way, and I hope she has
found peace.
I will be glad to share as many of my stories as I
can remember. I've had a few paranormal experiences in my
life...mostly due to my field of work. I hope to one day
go on a serious paranormal hunt with cameras and
equipment. I hear that New Hope, PA and Historic
Philadelphia are ideal for such quests.

What an interesting experience! In Britain there is a tv show called Most Haunted were they visit supposedly haunted locations and stay up all night having seances or just watching for orbs, noises, tempreture changes etc Its a really popular show, you should propse something like that to a tv company
Those who feel they are touched by madness, sit down next to me.

Thanks Great Ghoul! Wish I had more time to write. Been working a lot at my job and trying my best to get movie roles on my spare time. Annea, we now have a similar show here called "Ghost Hunters" on the Sci-Fi Channel. Yay!
