Often striving for some imaginary perfection,
Lusting in pursuit as if after some sweet confection,
A "machine" is quietly grinding yet hidden from detection
A myriad of evils and hates all imprisoned in one small section
........of my head
"My Head", that is what I just said.
Admitting, permitting the world to see,
Something fairly serious, might be wrong with me.
I'm not Ed Gein, with his wondering about heads on a stick,
It's not a condition of every moment, not with each "Tick"
We should all really try to have fun with what we "brung"
Mostly, mentally stranded looking up from the lower rung
Was clearly all right
For a young man not too bright
Standing under the ladder to the slide he then confesses
"I wouldn't be here if the girls stopped wearing dresses!"
Later that night , when the guilt finds him and Dracula's at his window
He watches scared to death, it's Dracula's pale face
His heart can't race faster and it's still in last-place!
Shimmering on the rain-soaked pane
He's thirsty , my blood to drain!
A very telling discovery is made for the world to see
"Dracula" is a glass-reflection of me!
Mommie warned me I would suffer for imperfections
My young but singed soul won't pass inspection!
Maybe if I bathe it thoroughly in guilt I can be clean
Because I'll be so miserable there will be much pity to glean?
Watching the rest of the world wallowing and having their fun
Sarcasm grows, negativity spawns sulfurous aggression, a gun,
A "gun" pointed at everyone, himself too
But what can terminally guilty youth do?
But "Shoot" his mouth off? "Yammer, Yammer, insult, swear!
But looking around sees that there is nobody to hear or care.
So that day the heavans opened up
And choker-chained our pup
Pulling him up and up, kicking gagging, it was not a pleasant sight
But in the end , it was alright
Friend, I implore yah,
This is a one-way ticket to euphoria
"It's a grand life, if you don't weaken."
Was advice from a man who was barely squeaking,
We were born to die,
Everytime we talk, we lie,
Everything we eat, sees someone else starving,
They get beat, while a turkey is carving,
We sin from the empty stomach that greets us each morning
We take what we want, with little warning
We distract with print and harmless, meaningless moans
We cajole others to "Do" for us threatening pain of the flesh and bones,
We are not holy.
We are more folly.
Some of us "mean well"
That's "Swell" (another branch of the central office at Hell)
We all should be laughing and never stop,
Whoever planted us here has a ruined, goofy "Crop".
Life's a true circus, but the elephant is skinny, the sawdust infected.
If we paid just alittle more tax, we could get everything inspected!
But where would we all go when we were all "rejected"?
I have a small bunged-low inside of my head,
Sorry world, there's just one, small bed.
...and it is still smouldering
"My Insanity is well-respected, until they wiggle free and become a stringer for a tabloid"

Sitting next to an open well
which lead to the gates of hell
Often wondering if I should go
always curious and wanting to know
I kept on looking in its dark void
that nagging feeling that I could never ignore
Kept beckoning me to jump right on in
straight for the gates of Hell and to face all my sin
So I got up on the wall of that stinking old well
closing my eyes as I dove in its swell
Of mirky slime and horrible stench
enough to make anyone gag and make your gut wrench
But as I opened my eyes what did I see
but dark horned devils coming for me
I was scared as scared as anyone could be
all I wanted to do was to swim away and flee
But they grabbed my legs and pulled me towards them all
then we swam to a very huge hall
where on the throne was such a ghastly site
which would make any sane person not quite right
A being of such massive heighth
so grotesque in appearance, such a horrible sight
It stood straight up and said with a mighty yell
"Welcome my friend!Welcome to Hell!!"
"You took that long journey through that dark abyss
and look where you've wound up at,a place such as this!"
"Here you will stay and won't ever get to return
to the place of happiness,a place that you yearn!"
"You'll stay here in torment and its a life you'll come to know well!"
"Your little piece of my paradise....
a place called .....HELL!!!!!"
