I cant wait to see what they do with it. Been following the series of graphic novels for several years. The author is from my area, and I live about 30 minutes from the town of Cynthiana.

I'm DVRing it...along with Dexter, Desperate Housewives, Ghost Hunters Live....I had to rearrange everything cause my Poor DVR couldn't handle it.
I've been watching AMC for two weeks straight and I'm really sick of the commercials though.

I'm not excited for this show, but zombie lovers will probably like it, but as someone above said, I find it stupid to have this show STARTING Halloween, and it's supposed to be a series I guess. People want Halloween stuff in October. What, it's going to get good rating on Halloween, and than fail in November, and if goes on till December. That seems dumb to me that they didn't start showing it in the beginning of October. It's like having Saw starting Halloween weekend. Sure, good opening weekend, but people don't want to see Halloween stuff in November. They want to really see it in October! I went to an amusement park in November, and it was dead because Halloween was gone, and than no one cares anymore.
"Dollar Tree - The High Price to Pay for $1 Prices" China stuff, taking out other stores, around every corner - 136 in 100 miles, poor wages for employees. - I only say this because people say the same stuff about Wal-Mart, but than they go to Dollar Tree.

They couldn't start it on Sunday nites at 10PM in Oct. because Mad Men had that time slot for a few weeks. Mad Men is a pretty big Emmy winning show for them so there was no way they'd move a successful show for a new show about zombies.
I'm sure they want it at 10PM for a reason, but there's 6 other 10PMs to go for.
