Thread: Is anyone else watching halloween AMC fearfest??

No, we looked at our bill, then we dumped cable when we moved this spring.

We do miss the movies, but I get A LOT more done.

No, I have to miss out. I don't have tv anymore.

Yup, its been on in the background to a whizzing sewing machine, I gotta get my movie fix but get my costume done at the same time.

I've had it on pretty all the time for the past week. What sucks is that from 6AM-9AM they interrupt it with stupid infomercials.

Been watching. Lots of fun!

I'm very impressed this year with AMC's Fear Fest. I've been totally digging their Friday The 13th & Halloween commercials - of course I run websites for them too so that could be why LOL.

But I noticed that all the Friday The 13ths were in HD except Jason Goes to Hell. I thought that was odd, since only 1-3 & Jason Goes to Hell are available on BluRay (of the ones they showed). They also appeared to be new edits, at least 5,6,7 were. They showed more gore.

But the Halloween movies were not in HD. #2 & #3 were. But that was it. I was kinda shocked by this. And Halloween 2 was NOT the original TV Version with extra scenes, so obviously that was edited again recently. I was kinda bummed, I was looking forward to seeing the extra scenes.

I've been going between AMC & TCM yesterday & today.

Right now TCM has 13 Ghosts on (the original).
