So, this movie is finally coming out on DVD over here in the U.S. on Tuesday (9/28/10). I remember seeing this movie when I was very young at my Grandmom's house one afternoon and it scared the crap out of me back then.

I've been waiting for a DVD release of this movie forever. Anyone else a fan?

I watched it last night. Not many extras but the commentary track is really cool.

Now if there ever was a movie to have a remake/redeux this would be a wise choice. There is nothing new here yet the concept is good. I wish someone with some creative talent would take a look at this made for tv flick and give it a fresh makeover. Its about time a good scarecrow flick is made because when you have to resort to an episode of Supernatural as possibly the best scarecrow viewing experience ever, that is not saying much.
