    Mystery Science Theater 3000?
(I know there were some Horror movies and some Sci-Fi movies so I hope this is in the right sub-forum xD)
I wish they hadn't stopped playing it on Sci-Fi (now stupidly named SyFy) because that used to be one of my favourite shows.

I also miss SvenGhoulie though I don't know if that is off the air or not lol.

Share your memories of spooky shows past!

Ah, yes. I remember it well. My son has the Mystery Science Theater 3000 version of
Santa Claus Conquers the Martians on DVD. Low budget and lame, but kind of amusing. This
is the kind of movies that they usually featured on the show, but they were usually more
    sci-fi.
Abandon hope all ye who enter here.

I suppose that's true, though I do remember a couple of horror-ish ones. There was one with giant spiders, and I think there was a zombie or ghost one at some point. I was little so I dont remember much xD

Oh yeah, that theme sounds way familiar. I wouldn't be surprised if I had watched any of those with Dad.

Everyone remembers it. In fact people have sites, blogs, podcasts and forums dedicated to it.

Wow! I had no idea The Son of Svengoolie existed anymore!

Here's Sven as I remembered him.

You'll enjoy Mr. Barlow and he'll enjoy you.

Count Gore De Vol, host of Creature Feature.

He used to be on Channel 20, WDCA, in Washington, DC, Saturday nites at 11:30PM.

I got to meet him a few years ago at a horror con & I almost cried because he's the man that made me a horror fan. Christopher Lee was a the same con, but meeting Count Gore was even more awesome for me.

He was also our Bozo the Clown & our kids afternoon show host called Capt. 20 who had Spock ears & intro'd shows like the Banana Splits & Speed Racer, afternoon cartoony stuff.

But Count Gore is still paying his bills.

    Find your horror host here.
Roger Clyne & the Peacemakers, the best damn little band you should be listening to!
