Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi. Has anyone seen it? Curiosity since it is mentioned in Ed Wood.

I have never heard of it. If you do netflix, look it up and see.

If you have Turner Classic Movies, you can catch it on there every now and then.

Yes, it's quite good. a little Sci-Fi mixed with classic Horror. If you enjoy 30's Universals, you should enjoy it. Bela gives a very good performance, Boris hams it up just a bit which is out of the ordinary for him.

it's in the Bela Lugosi collection, which can be had for a good price and is really worth owning if you like 30's horror.

I doubt you'll see it on TCM, anytime soon. Best chance would be Oct. but it's not scheduled.
