After Friday the 13th: Part 4, the revenues they were getting were only like 21, or 19 million which isn't a lot for a movie. Think of all the movies we got to see that maybe another movie studio, would have said no more after 4 movies.

If you think 5 through the rest of the movies stink, just think if they wouldn't have released them at all. The only original Friday the 13th movie that I hated was Jason Goes to ____. He's barely in it at all.

Freddy vs. Jason did really good though ($85 million), and that to me was such an awesome movie.
