They are lightly following the books, so some things would get spoiled, but not too much. I like knowing what may happen, kind of adds to the suspense. Especially knowing what they could do with some of the characters.
Thanks about the avatar compliment :-) Lately I've been putting hot men there.
I'll go find them and post after this, putting them in order. Can't wait for him to have a nude scene, he's not shy either.

I read all the books before I knew they were even making a show. At first I was disappointed by how different the show was from the books, but I decided while watching this season that its not a bad thing. I get lots of little surprises while still knowing some things in advance.
The next book comes out in October. I cant wait to read it.I don't mean to alarm you but your insides look very Halloweeny.

Wow, guess it's Bill and Sookie forever. I mean Stephen and Anna. They are engaged.

There's a love triangle? Ding dang. I haven't read the books.
Are they good? I guess you guys probably think they are since you've read them all and whatnot.

I haven't been as into True Blood as much this season as I was last season but the last episode was really good so I'm hoping it picks up a bit.
I'm not really big on the books, I read the first one but I'm not crazy about the way the author writes. I might read the second one down the line at some point. You'll have money and all that money can buy.

I must be the only one disappointed in the show and the books. I read the first book and just hated it. I wanted to give the show a chance because of Alan Ball and wasn't crazy about the show. I described it to OEJ as Jerry Springer with vampires. There were some good ideas but nothing fleshed out with me.

Well I guess they can't please everyone, if they did what's the fun in people then...
I enjoy the books the most then the show. They are different. I guess if you like the classics and don't want something different I can see how this would not be as enjoyable.
