The film has been delayed and won't be released until Nov. 6 this year.
I didn't find any reasons given as to why its delayed.

It makes me sad... i was really hoping to see it early in the year. But I guess having it open closer to Halloween is more appropriate.

And the best advice you may ever get is never to go out…at night.

Hmmmmm, interesting. did not think they would go 100% old school like that for the look.
I am looking forward to this though, should be good!
any other news about "Creature from the Black lagoon" remake? wonder if they will go the same way for the look?

The "Old School Look" is the ONLY way to go for the remake. None of this 10' tall, C-G stuff. Like as shown in "Cursed".

I was at Hauntcon in Milwaukee, WI April 30 - May 3rd.
After the Halloween Horror Nights seminar, they opened the floor to Q & A. I asked the speaker about the long awaited Wolfman theatrical release. He said that it'll come out in November. Then I asked him about the Creature from the Black Lagoon remake. He said that it all depends on how well the Wolfman does. If it does well in theaters.... then it'll be a go to make.
