I see that alot of people have watched the Mist and loved it. I personally was excited for it to come to the screen, because it is my absolute favorite Steven King story! Unfortunately the movie sucked. It went well, was true to the story, and then sucked the suckiest it could suck at the end. I mean seriously, what kind of BS was that? He shoots everyone he cares about , and then the army clears away the mist. I preferred the story, I liked not knowing, it allowed for hope. In short Franks Darabond's "The Mist" was crud.

Yesterday was the 50th anniversary for "The Blob" did anyone celebrate!?!? We have Time Warner cable here and they have been carrying fearnet on demand, the have both versions on currently, both worth watching. The first one had Steve McQueen in it, and in the second one you can see actors that faded in obscurity! Both are good though! Today, I am watching "Beware the Blob" while I am at work.

Didn't celebrate, but I love the movie. It was fun to see what "Helen Crump" did before she became a teacher.
Abandon hope all ye who enter here.

Yes, I agree with Freudstein, the Child's Play Movies are great.
You should also check out R.L. Stine's Goosebumps, Night of the Living Dummy and Bride of the Living Dummy. You can get the DVD in the Halloween section @ Target for $5.00.
