Hello
I have discovered a gold mine chock full of classics for your perusal.
The site is called Internet Archive and is a growing collection of movies, newsreels, advertisements, etc that are old enough to be in the public domain and/or the owners have relinquished copyrights on.
The link above will take you directly to the horror/sci-fi section where you can find classics like Carnival of Souls (love it!), The Last Man on Earth (Vincent Price), Phantom of the Opera etc.
Browse around too, though, I found a bunch of car ads from the 50's, game shows, war reels etc.
Have fun!

My system isn't good enough to handle films. Boo!! Though I could probably watch them if I was to go up to my dad's and borrow his laptop

Yeah even the Youtube type videos are crap! Looks like borrowing the laptop is my only option!

Out of interest, which Phantom of the Opera is shown?? The only one I've actually SEEN is the Hammer version, though I've always been fascinated by the whole story of it.

Skullfarmer, good recommendation. Archive.org is also my source for OTR most of the time, and you can subscribe to feeds- that way you know what new movies have been uploaded in what section.
Freudstein, they do have the original version of Phantom, starring Lon Chaney. The copyright lapsed so it happens to be public domain.

As well as the 1929 re-release which is supposed to be better quality.
