That sounds pretty creepy and frightening, uk. How do you get any rest in your sleep? Maybe I'm fortunate that I don't remember most of them.

I don't have nightmares all the time, I sleep pretty well. My Husband rarely remembers his dreams. My middle child does, I know when he's dreaming he talks in his sleep, really clear speech. He's gonna have to be careful when he's married..lol

I've often wondered about that. We all have skeletons in our closets even if they are only impure thoughts. I've been told that I have been known to talk in my sleep. What if I'm heard to say the wrong thing in my sleep? Could be embarrassing.

I frequently wake up because my hands get that painful pins/needles feeling. Last week the pain came but I couldn't wake up and instead the pain transformed into the dream of a zombie little girl standing next to my bed biting my hand. I remember yelling in my dream but at the same time my mouth was clamped shut in reality and I could sort of feel both "worlds". I could feel my mouth starting to move as I was waking up and I ended up popping up and screaming myself awake.
Never had that happen to me before and scared the heck out of me!
