Thread: Horror/ Halloween themed room decorating

Hey!
For some time now, I've been wishing to redo my room in a horror/ Halloween theme. You know, a dark, creepy atmosphere. I need some tips to get it off the ground.
I was thinking about painting the walls a deep red or leaving them their current beige color. I also want to switch all the lights out for black lights and have assorted, glowing Halloween related items place throughout the room to give off a nice low glow to add to the blacklight. I'm thinking about covering the walls with horror movie posters and getting an antique bookshelf for my ever growing collection of old books.

Ive thought about turning my huge walk in closet into a horror/halloween dark spooky one with orange lights.. Candles skulls horror figures etc... Black Curtains are a good touch
