Thread: House of Buffy!

I was watching the Creature from the black lagoon-ish episode of Buffy today and I thought wouldn't it be great if there was a comic book called "House of Buffy" with all the Buffy monsters that are based on the Universal monsters! It wouldn't necessarily be cannon to the season 8 and 9 comics, but just a one shot for fun. Dracula would bring together Oz the werewolf, a reanimated Daryl Epps the Frankenstein-like monster, and reanimated Ampata the Inca Mummy girl, and one of the swim team guys who turned into a sea creature. Then wackiness ensues

They need to do a crossover of all of those type shows like Buffy, Charmed, and Supernatural, like they did with Hercules and Xena.

Well Hercules and Xena were created by the same person and Xena was in fact a spin off of Hercules. Buffy, Charmed and Supernatural are all different creators and two of the shows are not in production anymore so I doubt they could do that. Though it would be cool to see, they each have contrasting mythologies so it would be hard to make them all cohere.

A comic would be good. Idk about a movie or show. In a way, it'd be like putting Hellboy, Dylan Dog, and the Ghostbusters together.

Funny I'm just re-watching all the Buffy and Angels seasons with my Son. I watched the swim team episode the other day.

I was reading about a possible movie remake, apparently Joss Whedon wouldn't be involved. Some of the old cast see it as a bad thing too. There is a Buffy season 8 motion comic but I haven't watched it, saw a trailer on youtube and it didn't appeal to me.

Pity the show had to end, good thing is Sarah Michelle Gellar will be back on tv soon in Ringer starting on the 13th of this month.
