I can't guess that one. I'm curious now though. My favorite is "Abby Normal".
My most stimulating conversations have been with dead things.

Not exactly a horror movie, but everytime I see/hear: "Heeeeere's Johnny!" I just die laughing.

Delbert Grady: Your son has a very great talent. I don't think you are aware how great it is. That he is attempting to use that very talent against your will.
Jack Torrance: He is a very willful boy.
Delbert Grady: Indeed he is, Mr. Torrance. A very willful boy. A rather naughty boy, if I may be so bold, sir.
Jack Torrance: It's his mother. She, uh, interferes.
Delbert Grady: Perhaps they need a good talking to, if you don't mind my saying so. Perhaps a bit more. My girls, sir, they didn't care for the Overlook at first. One of them actually stole a pack of matches, and tried to burn it down. But I "corrected" them sir. And when my wife tried to prevent me from doing my duty, I "corrected" her.

Captain Spaulding: Howdy Folks! You like blood? Violence? Freaks of nature? Well then, come on down to Captain Spaulding's Museum of Monsters and Mad-Men. See the Alligator Boy, ride my famous Murder Ride. Most of all, don't forget to take home some of my tasty fried chicken! Ha ha! It just tastes so damn good!

It's not my favorite of all time exactly but I REALLY liked in the original Scream when Billy quotes Norman Bates:
"We all go a little mad sometimes."

So it's a double whammy...good the first time around and spectacularly quoted in another movie.

One of the most chilling lines in horror films was in the original 'Friday The 13th'. Alice is trying to escape, when Mrs. Voorhees says (in a high-pitched child's voice):

"Kill her, Mommy! Kill her. Don't let her get away, Mommy! Don't let her live!"
"Waiter, there's a hair in my soylent green!"
