    Default Favorite Giallo Film – 07-14-2011,03:20 PM


    So I am a huge Giallo fan (for those unaware of the term it describes an Italian film movement in the early seventies that focused on horror, gore and deceit.) I have seen some of the standards like Bava, Argento and Fulci. Wondering what other recommendations you have for maybe less famous Giallo artists/films.

    I love Argento! my fave Giallo is Profondo Rosso. I love his style, he really is the maestro of horror. I'd say Brian De Palmas Dressed to Kill has the Giallo feel about it. I also love Michele Soavi's StageFright and Pupi Avati's The House with Laughing Windows.
