"Zombieland"! Don't know if it's on Netflix, but this movie is a trip! Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone, etc. It's not your usual zombie fare, though. It's funny in places, kind of a "buddies on a road trip" kind of flick. My other off-the-wall fave is "Shaun of the Dead". Another irreverant zombie movie. The original Romero "Night of the Living Dead" is my fave classic, and recently "28 Days Later" scared me pretty well.

Being from Pittsburgh, I was raised on zombies.
Dawn of the Dead is my favorite, but only because I have a personal connection to it. Lucio Fulci's Zombie from 1979 is another good one. The scene with the gal looking through the closet door really gets you! Another good one is Children Shouldn't Play With Dead things, but that one is hard to find.
Fearnet is showing one called Mutants, which is a French flick along the lines of 28 Days/Months Later, but I have two issues with all those flicks... zombies are dead people who come back, not deranged living people, and zombies should never run!
I saw that Cemetary Man movie, but it was a bit bizzare for my tastes. Fearnet is also showing the 2006 remake of Night of the Living Dead this month. It's a slightly different take on the original, and better than the first remake, but it looks like a lot of the gore has been edited out.

Fido.
I saw it on On demand three or so years ago. It was very silly, but i really enjoyed it. A "fun" zombie movie. I have no idea if it's available on Netflix or not.
