Thread: review of "The midnight meat Train"

Well, I started watching many movies during the holidays and being sick with the flu, made me a couch patato most of the time. I will start with random movies from my pile of movies we watched recently.

I am starting with "The midnight meat Train".

First, let me say this movie is gruesome, in a good way. All the makeup and effects are top notch, the director was fantastic and is well filmed. Very good camera work too!

Also, any movie that have Ted Raimi in it, is a plus for me. The acting is actually pretty good too. The story is based on a short story from Clive Barker, so, you know it will be interesting. There is a definate touch of Asian horror in it, as the colors are always washed with blues and green, giving it a sad and depressing world as the characters enters a taboo world of killing and evil.

Trying to find a bad side to it, I can't find much, I am glad I got this in my collection and will rewatch it one day.

Many might not like it, but I did a lot.

I give it 8 out of 10.
