Thread: "Let Me In" vs. "Let The Right One In"

Personally, I liked the American film "Let Me In" a little better than the Swedish film "Let The Right One In"...but a lot of people I have talked to didn't seem to like "Let Me In" much at all, so I thought I would start a post to see what people around here think (since fellow horror fans' opinions are way more important than random people off the street, of course)...

Well, being an owner to lot of foreign Originals and being a sucker at seeing the american remakes, only Ringu and the Ring was a surprise that the american version some how was a bit better ( I still adore all Ringu movies.). Of course, owner Let the Right one in", I am seriouisly doudt the remake is better (from what I read, heard and scene on youtube) I'll stick to the Original (of course, I'll see the remake soon anyway (L).

I just watched KAIRO (Pulse) and holy crap, the american version is so bad compare to it. How can they screw a movie like that? (like Tales of 2 sisters... I forgot the name of the american version... it was so bad, I played my DS while watching it, was more scary!)

I thought the American remake was a lot darker. It was not a fang(haha)tastic remake but I think it did justice to the originall.
