I have noticed that there are a lot of Los Angeles area yardhaunters on the forum. I thought it would be cool to compile a list of yarhaunts for those in the area. Please keep it to yard haunts and post a website if at all possible!
Some that I have found so far....
Clover Ave.
Between Dahlgren Ave and Inglewood Blvd
Small yard with lots of kid friendly props.
Stanwood Drive
Between Rosewood Ave and Cabrillo Blvd
Really cool haunted house facade with cemetery. Mad scientist, witches and other figures on the roof. A couple other houses on the street are decorated as well.
Rosewood Ave
Between Stanwood Drive and Rose Ave at the corner of Rose Ave and Rosewood Ave
Graveyard with fences and columns and lots of tombstones.
Some found off the Hollywood Gothique website and other websites.

House of Restless Spirits
Yard Haunt & Haunted House
1008 Euclid Street Santa Monica, CA
Website: www.houseofrestlessspirits.com
Some of the most amazing and imaginative effects you will see at any Halloween event in Los Angeles.
2010 DATES & HOURS: TO BE ANNOUNCED – Usually October 30-31, 7:00pm until 11:00pm
2010 NEWS: The haunt is definitely returning this year. The proprietors promise “some cool new illusions…as well as upgrades to many existing effects.”
HOUSE OF RESTLESS SPIRITS ADMISSION & PARKING: FREE
HOUSE OF RESTLESS SPIRITS DESCRIPTION: This Halloween Haunt – operated by Eric Maurin, a professional magician, and Rick Ouwerkerk, an aerospace engineer – was good enough to earn high praise from the folks who used to run Hallowed Haunting Grounds. While you take a tour around the old house not too far from the Pacific Ocean, a series of incredible ghostly manifestations tingle your senses, some in the yard and some in the windows. The effects are subtle but spooky, emphasizing imagination and atmosphere instead of shock. This is definitely a haunt that demands a careful gaze and patient appreciation, so that the phantoms may appear at their leisure.
OTHER HOUSE OF RESTLESS SPIRITS INFORMATION: The House is set in a quite residential neighborhood, so keep the noise down. The lines tend to be long, and it may be hard to find parking on the block where the house is situated, but this one is worth the effort.

The best yard haunts in LA are The House of Restless Spirits, which in my opinion is the greatest yard haunt on earth, and The House at Haunted Hill, which is also truly spectacular.
You can help support The House at Haunted Hill on their kickstarter page and even get cool swag like custom t-shirts for doing so. Heres the link

I totally agree with you about that! I was blown away the first time I saw The House of Restless Spirits. It is amazing. I also liked The House on Haunted Hill. They are both really good at their particular brand of yardhaunt. I would totally recommend a trip to see either. Another that I really liked was Boney Island, but sadly it is no longer around. I would say those are my top 3 for the Los Angeles area.
I am hoping to find more though!!!!!
