Isn't that Insane Shane party some Insane Price to get in? I know ChrisB was gifted a ticket by someone so he'll be going, but I heard it was like a hundred bucks so it's way out of my league. Somebody steal me some hors d'oeuvres and a balloon please.

Yeah it is but there is $23,000 worth of door prizes and includes two drinks and dinner. So, figured it was worth it (hope so).

Cool! I'll be there too, helping out my friend at his Nethercraft booth.

Ok I got my vendor invite and registered, but, how do I get my badges? Do I get these upon entrance to the show that day. Or, do I need to send/fax in my invitation letter so I can get my badges ahead of time?

I had sent in the invitation letter but brought a copy of it to the show just in case there was an issue (there wasn't). About 2-4 weeks before the show they mail out the badges.

Not sure if they hold badges at the registration booth if you didn't want to send the invite in ahead of time. You could email and ask them what they prefer.

Get your stuff sent in, and hang on to your invite and a printout of whatever confirmation they email to you. And bring it with you... it's paper, it don't take up much room heheh... I've always been a better safe than sorry kinda guy. I got my badge in plenty of time, but if there's a glitch and yours doesn't show up in the mail... the show people have always been so nice and accomodating, I imagine they'd have some contingency to print up badges as long as there's proof that you're on the list. I've only been to 2 TW's but they've been very easy/easygoing to work with.

I'd like to go. I registered, sent in a business card, but never received badges. I tried calling transworld but couldn't get a hold of anyone. I don't want to make a 6 hour drive on only hopes of getting in.
