So I've managed to sustain a prop malfunction that isn't wind related *cheers* but instead is a water related injury.

The ghoul that I have placed at the top of the cemetery took a hit and is now deformed to the point where I think that the only thing holding it together is the fabric and "netting" of the costume.

Does anybody have suggestions on the best way to salvage it? Or has anybody ever had something like this happen to their stuff? (I'm thinking perhaps a PVC like frame?)

I think you answered your own question! Maybe a bit to late to build a PVC pipe frame or one from wood so the next best thing is cross your fingers and hope! If it's any consolation your not alone with outside props taking water damage which is why I wait to the last minute or the weather fairies say no rain to put my mechanical/electrical props out. Last year it poured and sadly my grave yard crawler took a hit and is on its death throws. So I'll just have to give it a kick and hope it moans and groans and makes through the night and then it's as they say "back to the drawing board"!

    Ban Trunk or Treat!
