I finally got started on my 16" skeleton I got at the dollar store. Having mummified him in paper towel sprayed with adhesive, I wanted to start using Great Stuff to make him a bit fleshy.

With his small size, I figured that the Great Stuff would be too much, so I sprayed some on a plastic sheet and used a plastic knife to spread it on a little at a time. It wasn't looking good at first and I'd thought I had ruined it, but after a couple of minutes the air bubbles started dissipating, leaving a gooey substance behind. I hung him upside down so his upper body could dry. Some glossy brown paint with streaks of green and he'll look like a juicy corpse.
