What have you found works best to string your FCG?

I use fishing line.

I use 30 lb test fishing line, it's strong enough yet thin and light enough to not weigh down it too bad...

I use 50-lb. monofilament.

I used a black fishing line....can't remember the brand.....think it had a spider graphic on the spool....got it at wallyworld........it doesn't reflect the light....

I'll give that a try. I've had the monofilament break several times in the past.

dr. creepy suggested a little vasaline/grease on the eyelettes to reduce friction.
