Been a busy and frustrating month between work and kids, but I'm finally getting the props up and out. I'm still working on a couple more before Friday when we go "live" but I'm already happy what we've got.
We'll be open three nights this year and we're partnering with a group called Food Lifeline. They don't give anything to us financially, but they help with publicity.
I still need to set up the witches, the cauldron, the Halloween tree, and my new, giant pumpkin monster.

OMG! I just checked out the Mill Creek Haunted Hollow. WOW amazing! I wish my neighborhood got into it as much. We have only been there for almost 1 year. Any suggestions on getting something like this started? I think it would be great for our community for all ages, and a safe, fun environment and getting scared too!

This is our seventh year and I just keep trying to get bigger and bigger. I'll hake props for my neighbors and lend out older props to get the neighborhood more interested.
I also joined the board of our homeowner's association so I could make friends with the people in charge. I think this helped a lot because now everyone knows who I am and what I do, and it's a very friendly atmosphere.

Nice set-up! Looks great!
It looks like you use a lot of that Big Lots fencing. I'm using mine for the first time this year.
