I still have a few things to do. (mount my vortex, light the zombie babies, hang a couple bodybags full of mannequin parts etc)
I'm quite proud. Not bad for my first year building props. Next year i'm starting earlier, and i'll do a few things a little differently.
heres my vid.

the yard took a real beating in the storm last night (stong winds/rain) and it looks like i have at least one more night of storms to look forward to.

Nice... I love the Bucky, how did you get his arms to stay in that position?
You must be in the Midwest? How's the haunt look after all the storms? I'm in MD, we're just getting them! Not enough wind to blow over the crypt or the outhouse, but was setting off the monster in the bushes prop all night long! (Just a cheapie from Target) Hope I drove the neighbors crazy!"I'll bet living in a nudist colony takes all the fun out of Halloween..."

fishing line my friend, strung from the wrist to sholder.

the vid was after the windstorm. the webbing looked much cooler and the gusts were strong enough to rip the bride from the tree (160lbs test) knocked over the grim reaper (with 40plus lbs of patio stones holding it down) and put my ghost mobile up into the branches.
nothing i couldn't fix though. would have been rough had i any stryofoam stones.
(mine are all scrap wood)

the winds are really picking up, and my poor yard is getting a thrashing.
the strings on my ghost mobile have been pretty much horrisontal for the last few hours and it only seems to be getting worst.

theres 1/2 a mannequin in my bride and its still being tossed around like a bag full of newspaper.

btw i'm in ontario (canada) bout 3 hours due east of detroit.

i give up!

90 kmh winds are just tearing down our street.
things are snapping/breaking/tearing left right and center.

That stinks!! Good luck putting everything back together. We had so much rain this afternoon that three of the plaster skulls on my crypt ended up on the ground! And the bales of straw that the kids were going to sit on at the "drive in movie theatre" on the side yard are pretty soggy. Might just throw a tarp on the ground and call it a plan... They'll still be able to watch Charlie Brown and How to Tame Your Dragon, eat popcorn, and candy, and LOTS of sugary snacks all night!
