Anyone know a quick and easy (cheap) way to make a light blink on and off repeatedly?

Are you looking for a "flicker" type effect or steady flashes.

steady flashes. I have found a method of flickering. but I want steady flashed to blind ToT's as they walk through.

If you have the parts you can build this in 30 minutes or less. If you don't you can get the controller at big lots ($10) and the other parts at lowes $3.

I know you said you want a steady flash and this will do that and it will give you a choice of 7 other ways to run your lights. Very simple to put together and its safe.
