Hey does anyone think this would work taking one fog controller and splitting it to two machines?

Do you mean taking one fog timer and hooking it up to two fog machines at the same time? I doubt that would work, the timer is looking for the thermostat on the machine to flip so it knows it can "press the button" and start it running. The two machines would cause some kind of unknown problem, including possibly shorting things out.

Try looking at Target, they have timers that are compatible with most inexpensive fog machines for about ten bucks.
