Look at the pin out for your relay, you will want the pins marked N/O or normally open, and the common pin. you can also find these if you use a multimeter on continuity testing and turn the relay on and off. once you found the right pins, all you need to do solder them to the 2 pins you see on the switch. Which look to be red and black on your remote. Make sure your relay is rated high enough. I know on my fog machine i was getting 120 volts on the switch contacts.

once those wires are connected to the relay contacts you should be able to set off the fog machine when you activate the relay.

Thanks Josh! I don't have a multimeter - Does anyone know which ones are the normally open & common on this relay?

The two vertical pins are the coil. Starting at the coil pin side, each set of three pins are Common, NO and NC. I use the 12VDC version of this relay, so it may be different. Doesn't the packaging show the pinout?
    I...have many names...

You can check since the relay is clear plastic, look at the pins inside, the NO will not be touching, and NC will be touching the center contact, and the center should connect with 2 short wires to the pins close to the coil.

How are you "powering" the relay to set off the fogger?
