Expanded my decorating out into the yard this year. Built a cemetary scene, so it needed a few characters:

    Grim Reaper

    Graveyard Caretaker

    Zombie

    Skeleton Cage

    Scarecrow

I'm guessing the caretaker is a PVC stick frame, do you have a drawing or pic of the frame for him?I need a care taker.I can't seem to come up with movement like yours with my stick frames.

All three figures use a pvc frame. I used 1" pvc with dimensions for the pieces from www.zombietronics.com using their biped calculator. I cut all the pieces to length just like bones. On the caretaker, his right leg has a 45 at the knee, and the left leg is just one straight piece. his right arm (holding the lamp) is a straight piece with a 90 at the shoulder. the left arm has a 45 at the shoulder and a 45 at the elbow. He is fixed in this pose. Since he has to move some in order to get the clothes on, the shoulder joints and hip joints are secured with screws instead of pvc glue (used everywhere else). i used rebar stakes in the ground and just slid the legs over them. Hope that helps. I really should have taken pics during the build. sorry. to fill out the arms, chest and legs, i just used chicken wire
