I have a question about the crypt that I am making for my FCG.
I used the FCG last season, it is a great prop that deserves a better spot then the window we had it in last season, not too many people noticed it. This season we want to put it outside, so I decided that it needed a crypt.
The frame is made from pvc. I am making the crypt using 1 inch foam insulation, the blue colored boards.
I have 2- 2 ft wide, 8 ft tall columns, and the top is 8 ft wide and 4 ft tall at its peak.
I want to secure these three pieces to the pvc frame, but I am not exactly sure what method would be the most effective.
I thought about drilling a few small holes and using zip ties, but that would look crappy.
I am open to any suggestion.
I'll post pics in a little bit.
    Thanks in advance!
    Tom

Here are a few shots, I tried to give it an aged look.
Sorry about the prop laying down, had a few things going on and had to take the shot while i could.

I glued 1x2's to the back of the foam with liquid nail. Then i used screws to attach to the front. Be careful with the weather. Any high wind will mess up your creation!! Hope this helps.

I agree with chrisvp but don't over drive the screws and tighten them too tight as they will pull through the foam very easily.
