Everything is mâché over wire underneath, but the finish is latex and athletic prewrap. The skeleton is PVC for the spine, neck, shoulders, legs and 1 'finger' of each wing. This is all held together via PVC cement, liquid nails and some mechanical fasteners where I want it to come apart for storage. Both wings and the upper torso are removable.
