Ok my wife and I just moved into a new house and I have a tooooon of cardboard. She wanted me to throw it out but I want to try and recycle it into something fun for our halloween party.

I was debating on making some cheap tombstones and a cardboard fence.

i also think I will make some cardboard cutouts that I can spraypaint black and stick in the windows.

What other suggestions do you guys have.

I'm a noob here but look forward to sharing what I create.

Oh I'm also working on my first ground breaker as well... newspaper, ducktape, and paper machete so far.

Ive got a bunch of cardboard too from my move last year and am just now weeding them out. Im tired of finding spiders in them, though I wish to keep some for ebay sales, lol. I do have plans to use the bigger ones for back ground murals and side walls for a walk through.

People wont actually brush up against them because they will be walking in the middle of the garage, the cardboard walls will be forming sections so people can look left and right into "scenes". I also plan to use a few pieces for floor sections in my scenes.

Like a water area for my pirates and maybe some sand area for my mummy room. I want to use them for mini pyramids but well see how it turns out. I originally thought it would be cool to do a mural with the face cutouts for photo ops but I just dont have the room, and FL weather will have the cardboard not as stiff staying for that application outside of the garage.

I too would like to see other ideas, I know Ive seen alot of great uses, but I really need something simple and quick to do. So Im following this thread with interest

For a party huh? I'd make a coffin and stick coolers in it for beverages. Maybe just line it with black garbage bags so it doesn't get soggy.

yea I was looking into how to do that lastnight.

Haha my cardboard zombie cutout looks a little bad... I need to work on the proportions. His arms like a little stumpy for his body haha.

Ok so I spent about 30-40 mins making a life size coffin. I'm 6ft tall and can fit in it I will be spray painting it black a little later today. I'm still debating on what I want to do with it. I might make another one since I have a crap ton of boxes.

I just used some cardboard boxes, a box cutter and some duct tape.
